Commercial Restoration in Colorado

When a commercial property floods, burns, or backs up, you need it handled fast and handled right, by one company that can carry the whole job. We respond across the Front Range, any hour, any size of loss.

What We Handle

Water, fire, sewage, and mold, at any scale

Sprinkler heads pop. Supply lines break. A water heater or a drinking fountain lets go over a weekend, or a sewer line backs up into the lower level. Things happen in commercial buildings, and usually at the worst possible time. That’s what we’re here for. We also handle fire and smoke, and the mold that shows up when water sat too long before anyone caught it.
Size isn’t the question either. We handle everything from mold behind a baseboard to a multilevel flood or fire, and we staff and equip each job to what it actually is.
What stays the same on every one: we contain it so it doesn’t spread to the tenants who weren’t affected, we get it dry, and we keep the building moving while we do it. More on water, fire, and mold restoration.

That's what we're about.

How It Goes

Our job is to make your job easier

You’ve probably had the other version: a crew drops equipment, then goes quiet, and you’re the one chasing them while a tenant and an owner both call you. We run it the other way.
  • We answer 24/7 and we move. Day, night, weekend. When you call, you get a real read on timing and what to do in the meantime, not a callback in the morning.
  • We actively communicate. You hear from us without having to chase a status, and we document the loss as we go, the kind of record you can forward to ownership or an adjuster without building it yourself.
  • We plan around how the building runs. We contain the affected area so unaffected tenants stay open, and we'll work after hours when that's what keeps a business going.

The Work

Over 20 years in the industry

We’ve restored commercial and residential property in Colorado for over 20 years, formerly as Team K Services. Our technicians are IICRC-certified, and we dry to a measured standard rather than until it looks dry, because on a commercial building the cost of “looked fine, wasn’t” shows up later as warped flooring, a mold call, or a tenant complaint. The photos on this page are our work, not stock. It’s the simplest way to show you we can carry the size of loss you’re worried about.

Pricing and Insurance

We know not every job needs to be an insurance claim

We’re confident with every carrier and we’ve spent years documenting losses for adjusters, so when a claim is the right move, we know how to work it. But we don’t chase claims. Some buildings are self-insured, some carry a deductible that makes filing the wrong call, and when insurance isn’t part of the job, you don’t pay insurance prices. We price the work for what it is.
We’ll tell you what we see and what it’s likely to run, and you decide. Our job is to protect the building and the tenants, and to make a hard day easier for the person managing it.

Yes. We’re confident with every carrier and we document losses the way adjusters need. When a claim makes sense, we know how to work it. When insurance isn’t involved, you don’t pay insurance pricing, we price the work for what it is.
That’s usually the goal. We contain the affected area so the loss doesn’t spread, and we work after hours where it keeps a business running. The plan is built around keeping the building operating.
Yes. We send updates and document the loss as we go, so you’re not chasing a status or building a paper trail for ownership yourself. You’ll know where things stand.
