24/7 Emergency Response

Fort Collins Restoration Services

Water, fire, and mold restoration for Fort Collins and Northern Colorado homes and businesses, handled by one team from the first call to the final repair. We’ve worked across NoCo since 2005, mitigation and the rebuild under one roof.

Every Kind of Damage, One Team

Whatever you’re facing, start here. Forefront Building + Restoration handles all of it. Pick what fits your situation.
Collapsed ceiling from water damage

Water Damage Restoration

Burst pipes, failed sump pumps, appliance leaks, and sewage line backups. We extract the water, clean and disinfect, and dry the structure properly, catching the moisture you can’t see before it turns into a mold problem.
Fire and smoke damage inside a home

Fire & Smoke Damage

From a contained kitchen fire to smoke that worked its way through the whole house. Emergency board-up, smoke and soot cleanup, and the rebuild after.
Black mold on exposed drywall

Mold Remediation

Colorado is not too dry for mold. Basements, trapped water, and slow leaks say otherwise. Containment, removal, and a clear read on what’s really a problem and what isn’t.
Hail-damaged asphalt shingle roof

Storm & Hail Damage

Colorado storms can put hail and wind damage on a roof in minutes. We handle storm and hail roof damage and the insurance side that comes with it, without the door-knocker pressure.
Reconstruction — tiled shower rebuild in progress

Reconstruction

No need to hand reconstruction off to someone else. After we handle the damage, the same company puts your home back together: framing, drywall, flooring, paint, and fixtures.

Not Sure Where to Start?

Tell us what happened and we’ll help you figure out the next step. No cost, no pressure.

What You Can Count On

A restoration project is only as good as the people running it. One company handles your project from the first call to the final walkthrough, people who have been doing this work across Fort Collins and Northern Colorado for two decades.

One Company, Start to Finish

We handle both phases. We won’t tear out the damage and leave you on your own to find a contractor to rebuild. The same company that handles the damage puts your home back together, so there’s no second company to track down.

We Do What's Best for You

We never want to push you toward a claim you don’t need. With years of experience in the industry and with insurance, we help you make the best decision for your situation. We’ll tell you what we see, what it’s likely to cost, and whether filing even makes sense. Then you decide.

We Answer the Phone

When you find damage in your home, getting information fast matters. We make it easy to get someone on staff on the phone, so you know who’s handling your project and what’s happening without having to chase anyone down.

IICRC Certified

From water to mold to smoke, our work meets the industry’s measured standard, not just whatever looks dry. Moisture gets documented and verified before we call it done, and we take pride in meeting that standard so we can protect you and your property.

What Fort Collins Homes Deal With

Most of our Northern Colorado calls come back to water, and most of that comes back to the same handful of causes.

Frozen & Burst Pipes

Colorado winters swing hard: a cold snap one day and warm enough to be outside the next. That deep freeze followed by a fast warm-up is what makes pipes burst, especially a line in an exterior wall or an unheated crawl space. The classic NoCo loss is a line that bursts while the family’s away over the holidays, running unnoticed, and the longer it runs, the more the damage spreads.

Failed Supply Lines & Appliances

The small lines feeding a fridge, dishwasher, water heater, or toilet are the single most common water loss we get called for. When a supply line breaks, it isn’t a trickle. It’s closer to a garden hose running full blast inside your house. If it runs an hour or more, it’s past a puddle: drywall sagging from the ceiling below, water running from the can lights. An appliance failure is often the slower version, sometimes just a floor that starts to buckle over time. Either way the water travels a lot farther than what you can see, wicking up drywall and soaking into the pad.

Sewage & Water Line Breaks

A clean-water break is one problem; a sewage backup is a contaminated one, and not always a cleanup you want to handle yourself. It can take more than extraction, including containment, disinfection, air filtration, and proper disposal, and we handle all of it. We make sure it’s actually safe before anything gets rebuilt.

Spring Snowmelt & Basement Seepage

It’s usually not the snowpack melting off that gets you. It’s the heavy March or April snowstorm that dumps a foot, then melts off in a day or two when the weather swings back warm. That fast melt is when a sump pump gets its hardest test, and when it can’t keep up or fails outright, a basement that stayed dry all winter starts taking on water. A heavy summer monsoon can do the same thing.
If you’re dealing with any of these, the next step is the same: give us a call and we’ll help you sort out what’s urgent and what can wait. (303) 660-6216

How We Work With Your Insurance

Sometimes homeowners aren’t sure whether they should file a claim, and if they do, they’re not sure how to handle insurance from there. That’s where our experience helps. We work with every carrier, and we’ve spent years with adjusters and the claims process. We can bridge the gap between you and your insurance company and make things easier on both sides.
We work directly for you, representing your home and your best interests, while helping your carrier take the best care of you they can. We know the easier we make things for your carrier, the better they can take care of you. So we document thoroughly, stay in step with your adjuster, and don’t get ahead of the process. You’re not stuck translating between us and your insurance company. That’s part of what we do.

Yes. We’ve run restoration work across Northern Colorado since 2005, from Fort Collins and Loveland out to Timnath, Windsor, Wellington, and Greeley. We don’t keep a storefront up here, but the crews and equipment reach NoCo regularly. If you’re nearby and not sure whether we cover you, just ask.
We offer 24/7 emergency response. When you call, we’ll help you figure out whether your situation needs someone out the same day or can wait until morning, and get you on the schedule either way. With water especially, the sooner drying starts, the less it spreads into materials you’d rather not lose.
That depends on your situation. A claim that gets denied or pays out less than your deductible still goes on your history and can factor into future rates. That’s information for deciding, not a reason to avoid filing. Sometimes filing is exactly the right move, and that’s what insurance is for. A Free Damage Assessment tells you what you’re facing and what it’s likely to cost before you file, so you can decide with everything on the table.
