Water Damage Restoration
Burst pipes, failed sump pumps, appliance leaks, and sewage line backups. We extract the water, clean and disinfect, and dry the structure properly, catching the moisture you can’t see before it turns into a mold problem.

Water that gets behind a baseboard or under carpet pad sits where the dry air in the rest of the house never reaches it, and mold can start within 24 to 48 hours. Colorado’s outdoor air is dry, but the inside of a wet wall cavity isn’t, so we dry to a measured standard instead of calling it done when the surface feels dry.

How We Work With Your Insurance
We work with every carrier, and we’ve spent years with adjusters and the claims process. Insurance agents themselves usually recommend getting a company like ours on site first, because that gives you an estimate and a read on how likely the loss is to be covered before you decide anything.
Filing a claim doesn’t change whether the damage has to be dealt with, so those are two separate decisions and the water won’t wait for the paperwork. Having your basement flooded is never fun. The first company that came out to review the damage weren’t great. It was intense situation where they wouldn’t give a quote and wanted to start immediately.
I took a breath and called my insurance agent, who recommended Forefront!! From that point on everything was easy.
