Having your basement flooded is never fun. The first company that came out to review the damage weren’t great. It was intense situation where they wouldn’t give a quote and wanted to start immediately.

Yes, and you can take either half. The cleanup is the mitigation work: extraction, drying, and removing what can’t be saved. The rebuild is the reconstruction that puts the house back the way it was.
